CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading global investment firm to hire a Quantitative Developer in Miami. This role will focus on building scalable solutions to support FX and Rates research, enhancing data workflows, and streamlining pipelines from idea generation to execution.
The Firm:
Global trading platform with deep expertise in FX & Rates
Advanced infrastructure and collaborative culture
The Role:
Onboard and enrich market data for FX/Rates
Build validation tools and research workflow solutions
Enhance backtesting frameworks and scale research pipelines
Partner with PMs and analysts to accelerate trading strategies
Experience:
5+ years in OOP (C++/Java) + strong Python
Knowledge of FX or Rates research workflows
