Responsibilities
Ownership of real-time order book reconstruction (L3 / MBO)
Low-latency streaming systems with correctness guarantees
Production responsibility for data integrity, recovery, and backfills
Experience operating core market data infra under trading pressure; develop and maintain live trading systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers to design, implement, and enhance research platforms, including backtesting systems.
Design and implement ETL pipelines to process and manage large-scale financial data efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proficiency in C++ and Python, with strong system design skills and the ability to balance performance, reliability, and availability.
Strong interest in financial markets, market microstructure, and quantitative trading.
Experience in big data processing and database management, working with large-scale datasets using Python, Spark/Hadoop, and SQL.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Familiarity with GPU programming is a plus.
Knowledge of trading algorithms and quantitative strategy development.
