The firm's traders work in teams to identify and trade pricing inefficiencies, develop proprietary models, manage risk, investigate new products, and explore new business opportunities. Technology is central to the firm's approach, with traders and engineers working closely together on complex real-world problems.$300,000 base salary plus annual discretionary bonus No prior finance or economics experience required Work directly on proprietary quantitative trading models and strategies Increasing trading responsibility based on demonstrated ability Solve challenging mathematical and quantitative problems in a practical environment Work closely with experienced traders, researchers, and technologists Opportunity to investigate new products and develop new areas of tradingWe are seeking a highly quantitative problem solver to join a collaborative trading team in New York. This position focuses on identifying pricing inefficiencies, developing quantitative models, executing trading strategies, managing risk, and researching new trading opportunities.
