Job description
Empire State Development seeks a strategic leader to support the NYSTAR Division in strengthening New York’s Quantum and AI ecosystems. You will oversee the Quantum Hubs initiative, coordinate cross‑sector partnerships with industry, academia, and government, and identify opportunities at the federal level to advance NYSTAR priorities.
The role requires deep knowledge of AI/Quantum ecosystems, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate strategy into programs and proposals.
