Job description
IBM Research in Yorktown Heights, NY is seeking a Quantum Hardware Staff Research Scientist to conduct experimental investigations of IBM's quantum hardware, correlating device performance with modelling and theory.
You will identify fidelity limiting mechanisms and propose new directions to improve IBM's quantum computers, while working as an independent contributor within a large team of scientists.
