SectionProcess foreign check collectionServe customers with friendly, warm and helpful attitudes at all timeRelease the check hold for residential mortgage / loan paymentCreate Non-customer profile through RTO for Foreign Currency ExchangeHelp to serve customers and verify their identity for accessing the safe deposit box areaBack up Safe Deposit Box section operationUnderstand, comply with and monitor the activities, if necessary, of all applicable laws and regulations regarding Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act currency transaction reporting, and suspicious activity reportingStrictly comply with the BOC Global Service Standard & BOC NY Performance EvaluationReport suspicious activities to Supervisor of the teller sectionQualificationsBilingual in Mandarin is preferredBasic math accuracyComputer literacy (MS Office, banking software)Good communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service orientationAttention to detail and organizational skillsPay RangeActual salary is commensurate with candidate's relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
