Job description
NewYork-Presbyterian Queens is seeking a Site Director for Physician Assistant Services to lead a growing PA workforce across campuses. You will oversee more than 200 PAs and partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure high‑quality patient care.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role directs strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and program development while maintaining regulatory compliance and staff engagement across NYP Queens.
