Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance services including:Oil and filter changesTire rotations and tire pressure checksBattery testing and replacementFluid inspections and top-offsMulti-point vehicle inspectionsConduct basic safety and maintenance checks on vehiclesMaintain a high level of productivity and efficiencyProperly document inspection results and recommended servicesCommunicate findings clearly with service advisorsEnsure all work is completed according to dealership/manufacturer standardsKeep work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious automotive experience is a plus, but not requiredBasic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbsWork in varying environmental conditions (shop setting)What We OfferCompetitive hourly payOpportunity for advancement into higher technician rolesOn-the-job training and developmentClean and professional work environmentHealth, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable)Paid time off and holidays
