Entry-Level Quick Lube TechnicianRoss Downing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mobile is seeking an Entry-Level Quick Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on vehicles and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.Many of our top technicians started in entry-level positions. If you’re reliable, motivated, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity with room for growth.What You’ll DoPerform multipoint vehicle inspectionsCommunicate additional service or repair needs to Service AdvisorsCheck and maintain fluid levels (oil, transmission, differential, power steering, etc.)Change oil and replace oil and air filtersCheck tire pressure and lubricate moving partsService grease fittings, joints, and steering componentsInspect vehicles for additional repair needsFollow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety standardsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentWhat We’re Looking ForEntry-level candidates welcomeAbility to read and follow written instructionsBasic familiarity with automotive maintenance or repairValid driver’s license requiredAbility to operate manual transmission vehiclesPrior experience as a technician helper or apprentice is a plusStrong communication skills and willingness to learnPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periodsAbility to lift 20–50 pounds occasionallyExposure to typical shop conditions, including weather, fumes, and chemicalsAbility to work at a steady pace in a team-based environmentBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityLife InsurancePaid Vacation and Paid Holidays401(k) Retirement PlanOngoing training and career developmentWhy Ross DowningRoss Downing is a family-owned dealership group with decades of history and strong community roots.
