Come join our team!Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a quick service lube technician, the quality and efficiency of your work speaks volumes to the thousands of customers we serve. It’s your responsibility for quickly, and accurately inspecting vehicles and thoroughly performing maintenance and services. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, and ensure customers receive consistent, timely and accurate service.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform multi-point inspections with videoCommunicate additional service/repair needs to service advisersInspect fluid levelsCheck tire pressureReplace oil and air filtersInspect all vehicles for additional repairsAdhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conductJob RequirementsMust be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervisionMust have effective communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a high customer service mentalityAbility to read/comprehend written instructions and informationFamiliarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenanceMust have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissionsPrior Dealership experience as a Lube Technician or apprentice preferredAll applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.Physical Requirements/Working ConditionsAbility to operate various makes and models as well as automatic and standard transmission automobilesProlonged periods of standing, stooping and bendingRequires a significant amount of walking and/or standing.Total RewardsCompetitive bi-weekly payPerformance based bi-weekly Bonus opportunity401k plans with company matching program full-time team membersHealth care – medical, dental and vision insurance plansLife Insurance, short-term and long-term disability plansPaid holidaysVacationEmployee discountsPaid training and educational career path to assist in career developmentEmployee referral program with bonus opportunities“We’re an equal opportunity employer.
