Production WorkerLegacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Worker role in Portland, OR. Our client is a well-established manufacturer committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals looking to start work quickly and build a long-term career in manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks to support daily manufacturing operations.Operate production equipment safely and efficiently following company procedures.Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.Load and unload materials as needed throughout the production process.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors promptly.Perform additional production duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.Strong work ethic with a dependable attendance record.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to pass pre-employment screening as required.What We Offer:$17.00 per hourQuick Start Opportunity – Begin work as soon as possible.Weekly pay.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.Stable, full-time employment with a respected manufacturing company.IF INTERESTED PLEASE CALL At Legacy Talent Search, we are more than just a staffing agency.
