Job description
Quotations SpecialistWe are searching for a quotations specialist to add to our growing team! Quotations specialists work under the direction of the Quotations Manager to help our sales teams quote new commercial, industrial, and large multi-family residential electrical construction projects. This position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills and attention to detail. As a quotations specialist you will communicate with vendors, customers, co-workers, etc.Reports to: PC ManagerMinimum Qualifications:1 year of customer service experienceFluent with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelBe able to write and speak in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Multi-tasking abilities are a mustAbility to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlinesDetail oriented and organizedAbility to work and communicate in a team atmosphereMust be a self starterWorking Conditions: Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoEssential Job Functions:Read electrical construction drawingsPerform take-offs for materials to be quotedCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workersCreate an accurate bill of materialsWork closely with sales teams to strategize on project quotesCED is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability | VeteranCompensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $65000 to $75000 annually.Other Compensation: The following additional compensation may be applicable for this position:Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision Care for full-time positionsInsurance - Medical only for part-time positions, 30+ hours/weekDisability InsuranceLife Insurance401(k)Paid Sick LeavePaid HolidaysPaid VacationHealth Savings Account (HSA) and matchingDependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)TeledocPaid Pregnancy & New Parent Leave
