Job description
The Kinsa Group is seeking an R&D Technical Commercialization Director to connect product innovation with commercial execution, ensuring new products move from bench to plant to customer on time, on spec, and at scale. Location options include Houston, Chicago, or central Florida with relocation onsite and about 40% travel.
You will lead stage-gate processes for 55+ projects, validate formulations under plant conditions, and guide launch readiness across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply
