Job description
Harris is seeking a Director Research & Development for a remote role covering Canada and the US, with travel to South Korea as needed. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Korean and able to lead cross-functional R&D efforts, manage budgets, and guide strategic product development.
We require 10+ years in software development and 5+ years in project management, plus 3+ years in leadership. Travel and passport validity are prerequisites; flexible schedule for Korea time zone preferred.
