Job description
3M is seeking a Division Operations Leader for R&D in Maplewood, MN. You will translate strategy into disciplined execution, partnering with R&D leaders, HR, Finance and other functions to align priorities, improve operating practices, and drive performance with clear KPIs and governance.
You will lead the operating rhythm, resource planning, and portfolio insight while guiding organization evolution and risk management. On-site work four days a week with up to 20% travel may be required.
