Job description
US Synthetic is seeking a Research Engineer/Scientist in Orem, UT to advance novel material development. You will work with customers, peers, process engineers, and production staff to improve products and explore high-temperature/high-pressure sintering of diamond and related materials.
The role emphasizes data-driven design, lab evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have a STEM bachelor’s, 2+ years preferred, and an interest in pioneering materials research.
