Job description
US Synthetic is seeking an R&D Engineer II in Orem, UT to lead team-based experiments and advance high temperature/high-pressure sintering of diamond and related materials. You will generate concepts, work closely with customers and production staff, and apply statistical methods to design and analyze experiments.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. A BS in STEM, 2+ years of engineering experience, and Six-Sigma Brown Belt are required.
