Job description
General Mills Internship - Research & Development Food Scientist is based at James Ford Bell Technical Center in Minneapolis, MN. You will complete a 10-week summer internship, gaining exposure to data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within the ITQ culture.
You will work on consumer-first product development, optimize formulas for manufacturability and cost, and collaborate with internal and external partners to translate insights into commercial offerings.
