King & Prince Seafood is seeking an on‑site R&D Food Scientist in Brunswick, GA to turn seafood and vegetable ideas into market‑ready products. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Operations, QA, Procurement, Culinary, and Sales to solve challenges and bring new concepts to life.
You will lead bench‑to‑plant development, refine coatings and flavor systems, evaluate ingredients, and ensure food safety and quality. A hands‑on, collaborative mindset thrives here.
