Job description
BetterUp in Burlingame, CA seeks a Principal HR Business Partner for R&D to act as a transformational consultant and trusted advisor to Engineering, Product, and Design leadership. You will architect enterprise-wide people transformations that enable our R&D organization to compete at the forefront of AI-enabled product development.
