Job description
AbbVie’s R&D Innovation Legal group seeks an Associate General Counsel to advise the R&D organization on regulatory and strategic issues as AbbVie advances its pipeline. You will provide expert counsel on regulatory strategy, filings, agency engagements and compliance. Requires a J.D.
and bar admission, 10+ years in life sciences law (12+ preferred), strong FDA experience, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with Inflation Reduction Act, CMS policies is a plus.
