Job description
MilliporeSigma seeks a strategic R&D team lead in CSS R&D to bridge chemistry and biology and guide high‑impact projects in early drug discovery. You will lead a cross‑disciplinary sub‑team and partner with customers and KOLs to enable a broad program portfolio.
You will design and execute diverse biochemical and cell‑based assays, advance modalities including peptide drugs, ADCs, ASOs, and DELs, and shape a 5–10 year capability roadmap for CSS.
