Job description
Calumet is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the development of premium lubricant products from concept through commercialization. You will manage the full product lifecycle and coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams to deliver technically differentiated offerings.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in chemical engineering with 10+ years in lubricants, and hands-on experience with ASTM, ISO, and DIN testing methods, plus project management skills.
