Job description
Nice-pak Products Llc in Smyrna, TN is seeking an R&D Manager to lead projects in the development of personal care products. This role requires strong leadership across departments to formulate and optimize new and existing products in accordance with safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years in the field, a degree in Chemistry, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Light travel may be required.
