Job description
Glaukos, located in Aliso Viejo, CA, seeks an R&D Quality Lead to advance quality strategy across pharma/biologics programs and external partnerships. You will serve as a trusted quality partner across research, development, regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing functions, ensuring compliance and product quality throughout the lifecycle.
The role requires extensive experience in GMP and regulatory environments, with leadership in risk management, CAPA, and supplier oversight.
