BD is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Research & Development for the Worldwide Infusion Preparation and Delivery platform. This role leads the IPD portfolio, guiding end-to-end product development, sustaining engineering, and regulatory alignment across global sites.
The candidate will shape the R&D vision, drive innovation, and manage a large, matrixed organization with a player/coach mindset, delivering portfolio value and high-quality outcomes for infusion therapies.
