Job description
Mesa Power Solutions is seeking an experienced R&D Shop Manager to lead the development shop for engines, gensets, and distribution gear. You will mentor engineering technicians, manage budgets, and partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive prototype fabrication, testing, and product validation.
