Job description
Genmab seeks an Associate Director for the R&D Strategic Initiatives to lead end-to-end management of complex strategic projects across US teams. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage risks, and drive delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
You will partner with senior leaders to define objectives, governance, milestones, and resource needs, while guiding organizational change management and adoption of new processes and AI-enabled solutions.
