Job description
BetterUp is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner for R&D to serve as a transformational consultant to our Engineering, Product, and Design leadership, at the intersection of people strategy and technical innovation. You’ll architect enterprise-wide transformations enabling AI-enabled product development and organizational redesign in our R&D function.
