Job description
Ford Racing seeks a driven engineer to lead vehicle-level engineering for module software readiness and program top hat content. You translate customer insights into vehicle requirements, cascade them to system specs, and ensure cross-functional alignment across design, software, hardware, and insights teams.
The role owns validation from early prototypes through production, managing documentation and delivering milestones with quality in a hybrid onsite setting at Allen Park, MI.
