Key Responsibilities
Ace the Program: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our tennis programs and ensure a world-class experience for players of all levels.
Serve Up Excellence: Oversee all aspects of our racquet sports programming, including clinics, leagues, tournaments, and special events, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
Build a Winning Team: Recruit, train, and lead a team of passionate racquet sports programming professionals and staff members who share your dedication to excellence and customer care.
Drive Growth & Engagement: Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotions that attract new members and retain existing ones, fostering a vibrant and active racquet sports community.
Forge Strong Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with local tennis organizations, schools, and community groups to expand our reach and impact in the tennis community.
