Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a patient-centered environment. The Rad Tech will perform radiographic exams, verify orders, position patients safely, operate imaging equipment, and adhere to radiation safety standards. Responsibilities include supporting physicians, ensuring accurate image quality, documenting in the EMR, and assisting with patient education. The technologist will collaborate with nurses and providers, follow department protocols and regulatory guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement and a compassionate care experience for diverse patient populations across our Georgia facilities.
