Job description
Radiologic Technologist (X ray) Full Time (Evenings/Nights, 3 12s) Location: North Central Pennsylvania Region Setting: Critical access hospital environment Schedule: Evenings/Nights, 3 12 hour shifts per week Other shifts may be available upon inquiry.
About the Role This Radiologic Technologist role supports a critical access hospital serving rural North Central Pennsylvania. You ll perform high quality diagnostic radiographic exams, support patient care across multiple departments, and work independently during evening and night hours in a small, collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures following established protocols
Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety
Support emergency, inpatient, and outpatient imaging needs
Document exams, patient history, and imaging details in the EMR
Maintain equipment and report service needs
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a rural hospital setting
Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines
Requirements ARRT (R) certification
Pennsylvania state license required (or willing to obtain)
Previous hospital imaging experience preferred
Ability to work independently during off shift hours
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
