About the Facility This 537-bed tertiary care referral and teaching hospital provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services to the surrounding patient population. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and the infrastructure necessary to support coordinated radiation oncology care delivery. Appropriate resources are in place to accommodate locum tenens clinicians during day shift coverage periods.

About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient and outpatient radiation oncology services on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with no call or after-hours requirements. Clinical responsibilities include seeing new consults, conducting follow-up visits, performing treatment planning for new patients, and completing on-treatment weekly visits (OTV). The clinician is required to be on-site while radiation treatments are being delivered and may be called to round on or consult for inpatients as clinical need arises. Documentation of all patient contact hours is required throughout the assignment.
