About the Facility This outpatient clinic provides dedicated radiation oncology services in a structured on-site environment in Corning, New York. The facility is staffed by 1.5 physicians with no APP support, and maintains established clinical protocols to support coordinated oncology patient management. Appropriate resources are in place to facilitate effective cancer care delivery throughout the coverage period.
About the Facility Location Corning, New York offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural and recreational attractions. The city is home to the Corning Museum of Glass, where visitors may view glass art and demonstrations, and the Rockwell Museum, which features American art. The area also provides access to Finger Lakes Wine Country, along with outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, fishing, and kayaking. The Gaffer District offers dining and cultural experiences within walking distance of the city's main museums.
About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based radiation oncology services Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at this on-site facility in Corning, NY, with no call or weekend requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing approximately 20 patients on treatment per day, 10 new consults per week, and 15 follow-up visits per week, with SBRT experience required. All patient documentation must be completed through EPIC EMR.
