Job description
Radiation oncologists with broad clinical expertise in treatment planning, delivery, and complex cancer care can contribute their specialized knowledge through remote, part-time projects.
Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
Completed radiation oncology residency training.
Current license to practice medicine in the United States.
Working knowledge in one or more areas, including target-volume and organ-at-risk contouring for head and neck, thoracic, breast, GI, GU, or CNS cases; external beam radiotherapy, IMRT, VMAT, and image-guided radiotherapy; SRS/SBRT; brachytherapy; proton and particle therapy; palliative radiotherapy and radiation oncology emergencies; or pediatric or hematologic radiation oncology.
Strong written communication, close attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex radiation oncology concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Preferred Qualifications Board certification or board eligibility in radiation oncology, or fellowship training in a subspecialty.
Experience at an academic medical center or comprehensive cancer center.
Familiarity with treatment-planning systems and contouring software, peer-reviewed publications, or clinical research involvement.
Work Terms Remote, part-time engagement.
Compensation Up to $130/hr (depending on the project).
Eligibility Must have U.S. work authorization.
