Job description
The University of Maryland Medical System Corporation is seeking a skilled nurse to provide independent care for a unit-specific patient population and serve as a clinical resource for colleagues. You will apply evidence-based practice and function in unit-specific roles such as ICU arrest teams or ED triage.
You will be accountable to patients, families, and peers for care processes and outcomes, while advancing clinical practice and leading improvement initiatives across the unit.
