Job description
Sinai Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Navigator - Radiation Oncology to provide community-based care navigation for high-utilizer oncology patients.
This role partners closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team—including nursing, social work, and community health workers—to develop and implement individualized care plans that ensure quality outcomes and seamless coordination of services.
