Join the Munson Medical Center team!
Munson Healthcare is seeking an part‑time (0.6 FTE) Radiation Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Traverse City, Michigan! This position will support the Munson Medical Center clinic.
Position Duties/Highlights Include:
Support departmental operations through management of a growing follow up clinic, inpatient consultations, urgent add‑on and referral visits outside standard physician scheduling, and patient inquiries related to imaging, post‑treatment symptoms, and care coordination.
Work alongside skilled physicians, APPs, and dedicated support staff.
Standard Qualifications:
Education / Training: Master’s Degree in Nursing or a Master’s in Physician Assistant studies.
Work Experience: Experience in Oncology is preferred but not required.
Certification, Licensure, Registration: State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant licensure required; required to achieve certification as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) within two years from hire date.
