Radiation Therapist Join Our Team!

Position: Radiation Therapist
Location: Taylor Regional Cancer Center, 125 Greenbriar Dr. Campbellsville, Kentucky
Schedule: FT position- day shift
What You’ll Do
Ability to prepare, compile, and maintain accurate and concise documentation.
Collaborates effectively with physician and dosimetrist daily to deliver radiation therapy treatments accurately following physician orders and treatment plans.
Assist with scheduling and uploads correct information for medical records and billing departments.
Operates medical equipment safely and efficiently.
Follows all regulatory and hospital safety, radiation, and infection control policies.
Follows HIPAA compliance.
Exhibits professional decision making and proper course of action.
Perform daily equipment warm-ups, quality assurance checks, and report any malfunctions.
Provides patient education about treatment procedures and side effect management.
Participates in all required continuing education to stay current with radiation therapy advancements.
Performs quality assurance daily and assumes responsibility for LINACC, Kodak CR and C-T
What We’re Looking For
Associate or bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy required
Valid KY state and ARRT license.
1-2+ experience preferred.

Open to continuing education for the most up to date protocols.
