Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiation Therapist to join our comprehensive oncology team in Clovis, CA .
In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative and highly skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced, patient-centered radiation therapy. Our cancer center features state-of-the-art technology , including Accuray CyberKnife , Varian TrueBeam , Elekta Infinities , and a High Dose Rate (HDR) suite providing an exceptional environment for professional growth and excellence in care.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $118,456 $154,003 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, precise, and effective radiation therapy treatments to oncology patients
Operate and maintain advanced linear accelerators and radiation therapy equipment
Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
Support a culture of compassion, learning, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
CRT State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist (Required)
ARRT(T) ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (Required)
BLS Current Basic Life Support Certification (AHA-Approved)
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and dedication to patient safety
