We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dedicated oncology team and play a vital role in helping patients through their cancer treatment journey. Occasionally Work with state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment, including: Varian linear accelerators VitalBeam TrueBeam EDGE technology Experience with Identify surface-guided radiation therapy is preferred Position Details Support approximately 60 patients daily across two treatment machines No call responsibilities No after-hours shifts No weekend coverage Experience/Education/Qualifications Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required. If a new graduate, temporary license upon hire and permanent license within six (6) months of hire required. Current R.T.(T)(ARRT) credential required. If registry eligible, credential within six (6) months of hire required. One (1) year experience as a staff therapist preferred. Healthcare Provider BLS required upon hire. Possess the knowledge and skills to handle complaints, settle disputes, and negotiate with others to reach mutually beneficial decisions. Possess the knowledge and skills to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time. Ability to perform group presentations and listen to and understand complex information and ideas. Medical Terminology - Knowledge of medical records, procedures and terminology as well as electronic medical record systems. Ability to read, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
