Radiation Therapist Full Time/Permanent job

This full-time position operates weekdays only, offering strong work-life balance in a scenic, affordable location.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer radiation treatments following physician direction and safety protocols
Perform simulations and assist with dosimetry planning
Fabricate and manage treatment blocks and immobilization devices
Coordinate daily treatment schedules and equipment assignments
Operate radiation equipment safely and effectively under the supervision of the Radiation Oncologist
Collaborate with nursing, reception, and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain and update departmental procedure manuals as needed
Qualifications:
Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiation Therapy program required
Current Massachusetts Radiology License required
ARRT(T) certification in Radiation Therapy required
Current CPR certification required
Must have clinical experience through a formal program and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
Attendance at all mandatory education and training is required
