Job description
Advance your career in radiation therapy with a direct hire opportunity working with state-of-the-art equipment. Your expertise will support a clinical team dedicated to excellence in patient care. Work with advanced technologies like True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife within a high-volume environment averaging 25-32 patients daily.
Key Qualifications:
Certification in Radiation Therapy required
Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience or training with True Beam, Varian, and Cyber Knife equipment is highly desirable
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
Primary Responsibilities: Administer safe, effective radiation treatments according to physician protocols
Operate specialized equipment accurately, ensuring precise treatment delivery
Maintain meticulous treatment records in compliance with policies and regulations
Monitor patient responses, report changes, and provide reassurance throughout treatment
Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to optimize patient outcomes
