As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care by performing treatment simulations, fabricating necessary shielding blocks, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records. You will prepare equipment for patient treatments, perform quality control and assurance tests, and ensure adherence to infection control techniques. Your expertise in radiation safety and protection practices will be vital in providing optimal care.
Deliver quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments
Perform treatment simulations and fabricate necessary shielding blocks
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
Prepare equipment for patient treatments and perform quality control tests
Ensure proper infection control techniques and radiation safety practices
Maintain professional relationships with medical staff
Need 2 years experience in setting
ARRT (T) certification required
BLS (AHA) certification required
