Summary
Responsible for providing radiation therapy for patients, as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Administers radiation treatment according to the established standards and practices, maintains patient treatment records, medical records and other patient related material. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Essential: Technical Program Completion or Degree
Nonessential: Bachelors Degree
Education specialization
Essential: Radiation Therapy
Education equivalent experience
Essential: Required - Technical - Radiation; Preferred - Bachelors - Related Field
Nonessential: Required - Technical - Radiation; Preferred - Bachelors - Related Field
Credentials
Essential: Credential Requirements in Comments
Essential: Basic Life Support
Essential: ARRT Radiography
Credential equivalent experience
