Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Brachytherapy Certified Radiation Therapist to join the team, with training provided for brachytherapy experience. This full-time position involves preparing patients and charts, delivering accurate radiation treatments, coordinating scheduling, administering radiopharmaceutical treatments, and providing patient education. The role offers opportunities for cross-training within the Radiation Oncology system and utilizing advanced treatment techniques with the latest technology in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients and charts prior to procedures
Deliver consistent and precise treatments
Complete treatment processes and coordinate scheduling
Assist physicians with procedures by preparing supplies
Administer HDR treatments and radiopharmaceuticals
Support imaging, dosimetry, and clinical duties
Qualifications & Skills
Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
Board Certified by ARRT (RT(T))
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Licensure as R.T.(T) required
No prior experience necessary; training provided
