Job description
Join our team as a Full-Time Radiation Therapist, performing patient treatments utilizing ionizing radiation under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing patients and their charts prior to treatment.
Delivering accurate and consistent radiation treatments.
Completing treatment procedures and coordinating patient scheduling.
Qualifications and skills required:
High School Diploma or GED with a certification as a Radiation Therapist (RT(T)).
Board Certified by the ARRT.
Ability to operate TrueBeam linear accelerator.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Radiation Therapy.
No prior experience required; training provided.
Additional requirements:
Compliance with licensing and certification standards.
Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures, including simulation, dosimetry, brachytherapy, and teletherapy techniques.
