Provide clinical oversight of imaging-related medications and infection control including contrast administration, patient preparation protocols, and adherence to infection prevention practices.

Lead and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities such as peer review, protocol review, MRI safety, Radiology QA committees, and identification of gaps in exam interpretation with mitigation strategies.

Support interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation by advising providers on exam selection and results, participating in clinical conferences (e.g., Tumor Board), and serving as a liaison between medical staff and hospital administration.

Coordinate and contribute to patient-centered care through patient interaction, informed consent, CPRS documentation, care coordination, and definitive notification of clinically significant results.
