nAs a Breast Radiologist (MD/DO) at Mercy Radiology Group, you will join a leading, 100% physician-owned radiology practice in our Redding, CA location, offering unparalleled career growth and work-life balance. We are actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible radiologist with expertise in breast imaging, mammography, and interventional procedures to enhance our collaborative team. nYou will perform comprehensive breast imaging utilizing advanced Hologic tomosynthesis and ultrasound technology, along with stereotactic and MRI-guided biopsies.

n nTo be successful in this role, you will possess strong clinical skills in diagnostic and interventional breast radiology, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality patient care.
nWe are offering the following incentives to eligible new hires:
nnnCompetitive Compensation: $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000+. Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000-$700,000

nnSignificant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per-click compensation.
n
nn$75,000 sign-on bonus (for full-time)

nnRelocation bonus available
n
nnCME stipend and annual home/personal equipment budget

n nJob Requirements
nRequired
nnnBoard-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
n
nnStrong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
n
nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
n nPreferred
nnnFellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
n
nnAbility and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
